The Skill Network offers recruitment and staffing-related services primarily for employers and recruiters. Job seekers are not charged for using the platform.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days using the original payment method.
Once a recruitment service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
